I am a doctoral candidate in psychology, writing my dissertation on obesity in women throughout their lifespan. I hold an MS Psychology with a research focus. I am a certified master instructor and I have certificates in plant based nutrition, women’s health, and have completed the Diet and Lifestyle Intervention Program through The Wellness Forum Institute. I have been privileged to study with some of the best and brightest in the field.
I am a researcher, a PhD. Candidate in Psychology, an educator, investigating the topic of obesity. I also have a Master’s Degree in Psychology. I enjoy researching topics such as women’s health, cancer, diabetes and heart disease from a nutritional standpoint. I am fortunate to have studied with notable mentors such as T. Colin Campbell, Dr. John McDougall, and Dr. Pam Popper.
When I am not working, I am raising my kids, playing with my dogs and doing anything near or on the water. I love to cook and eat.
