1 12-ounce package extra firm silken tofu
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Puree the tofu, chocolate pudding mix and vanilla.
- Blend in the QuickMix
- Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Fold into a lightly sprayed 8 x 8 pan and bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
