Healthy Fruit Cake
2 cups dried chopped apricots
2 cups dried cherries
2 cups dried chopped dates
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup slivered almonds
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray loaf pans with cooking spray.
- Prepare applesauce cake according to package instructions.
- Add dried fruit and nuts.
- Fold mixture into the loaf pans.
- Bake 55-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
